If you are in the highlands or Islands, this including northern & southern Ireland & wish the items to be posted you please get in touch for carriage costs.

Returns

If you decide that product is not right for you, are not happy with the product there will be a restocking fee of £20.00 this included the deduced postage and packaging costs. Please understand items returned that have been used once or have been broken will be returned and not refunded.

If the items however is damaged in postage or is faulty send it back and we will refund you in full however you agree when purchasing or using this website to incur any cost of postage on the return to EcosseMX.
